We have a broad range of experience in most types of financial transactions, and have acted on behalf of both borrowers and lenders. A number of our lawyers have worked for financial institutions.

We have an excellent understanding of the commercial aspects of finance work and use our experience to help solve problems which are not ordinarily within the purview of Greek legal practice.

We participate actively in the resolution of disputes between the banking system and the regulatory authorities.

Building on the extensive experience of our lawyers in the banking industry, we regularly advise fund management and other international companies on a wide range of sophisticated matters of Greek capital markets legislation.
