The firm specializes in complex transactional work.  In the past few years we have been involved in over fifty M&A projects, including acquisitions and disposals, mergers and take-overs, management buy-outs, acquisition finance, and due diligence work.

We advise international organisations, governments and governmental agencies. Over the past several years we have advised the Greek government's privatisation program in virtually every area of industry, with the result that we are generally recognised as one of the leading legal advisors on privatisation.

Our appointments have included drawing up or commenting on privatisation master plans, drafting legislation and advising on the privatisation of individual companies.
