This seminar addressed the effective management of foreign investment disputes, including the topics of the do's and don'ts of the investment agreement, recommended procedures for enforcing remedies in contract, tracing the assets of defaulting counterparties, and solutions offered for problem investments in areas such as the Balkans and the Middle East.
